By adding our Cacao Nibs Praline to the mix and top with Cacao Flakes, you can take your soufflé to the next level of chocolatey goodness.

  • 4 oz dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup sugar, plus extra for dusting the ramekins
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Nibs Praline
  • Cacao Flakes for topping

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

  2. Grease four 6-ounce ramekins with butter and coat with sugar, tapping out any excess sugar.

  3. Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave, stirring until smooth.

  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar together until light and fluffy.

  5. Add the chocolate mixture to the egg yolk mixture and stir until well combined.

  6. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

  7. Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture, being careful not to deflate the egg whites.

  8. Fold in the Cacao Nibs Praline.

  9. Spoon the mixture into the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.

  10. Smooth the tops of the soufflés with a knife and sprinkle with Cacao Flakes.

  11. Bake the soufflés for 15-18 minutes, or until puffed up and set.

  12. Serve the soufflés immediately, as they will begin to deflate as they cool.

This chocolate soufflé recipe is sure to impress anyone with its rich and chocolatey flavour, fluffy texture, and crunchy Cacao Nibs.
