Shipping and Delivery

 

Cacao London orders are sent using Royal Mail. 

Free standard shipping for orders over £30. 

Standard Shipping (2-3 business days) £3.50. This is a tracked service. 

Next Day Delivery (orders placed by 12:00pm from Monday to Friday) £5.00. This is a tracked service. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. 

 International Orders

Refund and Returns Policy

Cacao London will not issue any refunds or exchanges for items bought from a third-party retailer.

Refunds, exchanges or replacements are only issued if purchased from cacaolondon.shop and the product is damaged, faulty or the incorrect item was sent, in which case, Cacao London will issue a replacement, refund or exchange for orders placed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds, exchanges or replacements do not apply to change of mind or dispute of efficacy.
